Recovering Damned Followers in Cult of the Lamb: A Step-by-Step Guide
As a devoted cult leader in Cult of the Lamb, there's nothing quite as disheartening as seeing one of your loyal followers leave your side. But what if I told you that there's hope for redemption? In this guide, we'll show you how to recover a Damned Follower in Cult of the Lamb, even after they've succumbed to the temptation of Sin.
What are Damned Followers in Cult of the Lamb?
With the introduction of the Sins of the Flesh update, a new currency known as Sin has been added to the game. However, collecting too much Sin from one follower can result in them becoming Damned. If this happens, they'll depart from your cult headquarters, leaving you heartbroken.
Can You Get Back a Damned Follower in Cult of the Lamb?
The answer is yes! You can recover a Damned Follower, but it's not going to be easy. To prevent followers from becoming Damned in the first place, make sure to distribute Sin collection among multiple followers.
How to Recover Damned Followers in Cult of the Lamb
So, what do you need to do to recover a Damned Follower? It's quite simple:
- Face and defeat your Damned Follower three times in the Crusades. This will earn you a chance to revive them.
- Collect their meat and bones, then head back to your cult's temple.
- Perform a Ritual of Resurrection to bring your Damned Follower back to life.
The Ritual of Resurrection can be found in the Second Tier of the Afterlife. Although it's not part of the Sins of the Flesh update, it's still effective for recovering Damned Followers. The ritual costs 75 Bones and -10 Faith, so be prepared for the consequences.
What to Expect After Recovering a Damned Follower
Once you've completed the steps above, your Damned Follower will return to your headquarters, and everything will go back to normal. However, be sure to avoid making the same mistake again, or you might lose another loyal follower.
