These time-traveling Pokémon will first appear at the live Pokémon GO: Sinnoh Tour event in Los Angeles on February 17 and 18, 2024, and shortly after, they'll be available worldwide through the Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh-Global event.

When and Where to Catch Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia

Here's how you can catch these legendary Pokémon:

• Los Angeles Event (February 17-18, 2024): Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia will first appear in five-star raids during the live event. The Pokémon you'll encounter depends on your event ticket: Diamond Version ticket holders will encounter Origin Forme Dialga, while Pearl Version Ticket Holders will encounter Origin Forme Palkia.
• Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh-Global Event (February 24-25, 2024): The event will take place worldwide, from 10 AM to 6 PM local time, and will feature both Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia in raids. This event doesn't require a ticket, so all trainers can participate.

Adventure Effects: A New Feature in Pokémon GO

The debut of Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia also introduces a new feature in Pokémon GO called Adventure Effects. These temporary bonuses create various effects when moves are used outside battle.

Here's what you need to know about the Adventure Effects for each Pokémon:

• Origin Forme Dialga's Roar of Time Adventure Effect: This effect distorts time, giving you six extra minutes on the timer for your incense, lucky eggs, and star pieces. It costs 5,000 Stardust and 5 Dialga Candies to use, and you can extend the effect up to 24 hours by using more Stardust and candies.
• Origin Forme Palkia's Spacial Rend Adventure Effect: This effect distorts space, allowing you to encounter wild Pokémon at further distances for 10 minutes. It also costs 5,000 Stardust and 5 Palkia Candy to use, and you can extend the effect up to 24 hours by using more Stardust and candies.

Remember, you can only use one Adventure Effect at a time.

Charged Attacks: A Powerful Asset in Battle

Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia have special Charged Attacks that can be used in battle.

• Origin Forme Dialga's Roar of Time Charged Attack: This attack has a power of 150 in trainer battles and 160 power in gyms and raids.
• Origin Forme Palkia's Special Rend Charged Attack: Its power in trainer battles is 95, and its power in gyms and raids is 160.
