By completing a special side quest, players can unlock exclusive clothing items and accessories from past Pokémon games. This quest involves tutoring Team Star, which is only accessible after completing certain post-game conditions.
How to Get Special Clothing Items From Atticus in The Indigo Disk
After completing the required conditions, players can purchase special clothing items from Team Star member Atticus in The Indigo Disk. These items include:
- Ball Guy Helmet
- Replica Aqua Suit Helmet
- Replica Expansion Suit Helmet
- Replica Leader Bag
- Replica Dragon Gloves
- Replica Aether Shoes
- Replica Ultra Glasses
Each item starts with a bid of 100,000 coins and can increase up to 300,000 coins. Players can choose to lose the auction if they're not interested in the item, and Atticus will move on to the next one.
Tutoring Team Star: Unlocking the Auctions
To unlock the auctions, players must first tutor Team Star, which involves finding Giacamo and Eri in the Entrance Hall of Uva/Naranja Academy. To access this storyline, players must:
- Complete the Academy Ace Tournament
- Finish all of Penny's post-game scenes
- Beat the main storyline of The Indigo Disk
- Finish classes at Uva/Naranja Academy (finishing at least one extracurricular class may also work)
Once the conditions are met, Giacamo and Eri will appear in the lobby of the academy, and players can initiate the tutoring session.
The Tutoring Session
The tutoring session involves talking to each member of Team Star in the classroom and answering a few questions until they understand the material. After completing the session, players will unlock special Team Star gear and a new emote.
