'Tis the season to celebrate love in the world of Pokémon GO, and Niantic has got you covered. The upcoming Carnival of Love event is right around the corner, bringing a plethora of heart-stealing Pokémon and exciting bonuses to spice up your Valentine's Day.

When and Where is the Carnival of Love Taking Place?

The Carnival of Love event will kick off on Tuesday, February 13 at 10 AM local time and will run until Thursday, February 15 at 8 PM local time. During this time, trainers will be treated to a variety of love-themed Pokémon, field research, and exciting bonuses.

Get Ready for Heart-Trim Furfrou

One of the exciting features of the Carnival of Love event is the ability to transform your Natural Form Furfrou into a stunning Heart-Trim Furfrou. To do this, trainers will need to have a Furfrou in their Pokémon Storage and head to its summary information. There, they will find a change form button that will allow them to switch their Furfrou's form into Heart Trim Furfrou for 25 Furfrou Candy and 10,000 Stardust.

The Carnival of Love event will feature a variety of wild encounter Pokémon that are sure to capture your heart. Some of the featured Pokémon include:

Pokémon GO Carnival of Love Event Bonuses

While the Carnival of Love event might be short on bonuses, trainers will still enjoy some exciting rewards, including:

• Increased chance of Candy XL when walking with your buddy Pokémon
• Guaranteed two Candy XL for evolving Pokémon
