Desolate Church Black MarketeerFrom the Desolate Church fast travel point, head west and then drop off the edge of the cliff. Follow the path under the cliff with torches outside, leading to a cave entrance. Eastern Wild Island Black MarketeerFrom the fast travel point on the island, head southwest to the opposite corner of the island. At the midway point, find a large clearing with many Syndicate Thugs. Against the far cliffs is the Black Marketeer with gory decorations. North of Free Pal Alliance Tower Black MarketeerHead to the fast travel point next to the Free Pal Alliance Tower and head north.
