Location 2: Silver Beach Village

The final Heavy Duty set blueprint fragment can be found on the roof of a house with a blue door in Greenlake Hill. From the rift anchor, head down the hill and look for a couple of abandoned RVs. To the right, you'll find the house with a blue door and stairs leading to the roof.
