About the Sinister Totem

The Sinister Totem is an amulet that gives enemies a negative status effect and increases status damage by 1% for 15 seconds, stacking up to 50 times. When combined with the right setup, it creates the Sinister Ritualist build, which focuses on inflicting negative status ailments on enemies while stacking buffs for yourself.

How to Find The Sinister Totem in Remnant 2

The Sinister Totem can be found in Yaesha as floor loot in Remnant 2. Since its spawn is completely random, you'll need to explore dungeons until you come across it. The author of this guide found it in The Forbidden Grove in Yaesha, but it could be in a different location for you.

Keep in mind that the Sinister Totem is exclusive to the Awakened King DLC, so you won't be able to get it without owning the DLC.

A good way to increase your chances of finding the Sinister Totem is to use the Fortune Hunter skill in the Explorer archetype, which reveals special items in proximity for 60 seconds. Alternatively, you can use the Remnant World Analyzer designed by Razzmatazzz to quickly scan if the Sinister Totem has spawned in your world.
