Destiny 2: The Dawning 2023 Armor Ornaments Guide

The Dawning 2023 event is in full swing in Destiny 2, and for many players, the most exciting part of the event is the fashion. In Destiny 2, players take pride in their Guardian's appearance, and The Dawning Armor Ornaments are the perfect way to showcase their unique style.

What is The Dawning Event in Destiny 2?

The Dawning is Destiny 2's version of Christmas, where Eva Levante brings festive cheer to the Tower, along with a variety of activities and rewards. One of the highlights of the event is the opportunity to obtain The Dawning Armor Ornaments, which are highly sought after by players.

How to Get The Dawning 2023 Armor Ornaments in Destiny 2

To acquire The Dawning 2023 Armor Ornaments in Destiny 2, players must purchase them from the Eververse Store. Each bundle costs 1,500 Silver, which is equivalent to around $15/£15. Currently, there are three bundles available for each Class, featuring Armor Ornaments from 2023, 2022, and 2021.

We're not sure if it's possible to obtain Armor Ornaments from previous years, but we'll keep an eye out for any updates.

How to Equip Armor Ornaments in Destiny 2

To equip an Armor Ornament in Destiny 2, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Guardian menu
  2. Select a piece of armor to customize
  3. Navigate to the Armor Cosmetics section on the lower page of the customization menu
  4. Find the Ornament slot and hover over it
  5. Select an Ornament from your roster, including those from The Dawning 2023

Armor Ornaments will only appear in the Armor Cosmetics section, so don't worry if you don't see them as a separate piece of armor. The beauty of this system is that you can upgrade and Masterwork a piece of armor you love, equipping it with the best Mods possible, and then use an Ornament to give it a unique look.

Tip: We recommend using an Ornament to make an ugly piece of armor look amazing. You can upgrade and Masterwork the armor, and then use an Ornament to give it a fresh new look.
