Conquering Kor Dragan Stronghold in Diablo 4: A Comprehensive Guide

Diablo 4 offers a wealth of content for players to explore as they level up, including Strongholds that provide substantial rewards and experience. Kor Dragan is one such Stronghold, located in the Fractured Peaks of Sarkova Pass, which can be challenging and confusing for some players. Where to Find Kor Dragan Stronghold in Diablo 4

Kor Dragan Stronghold is located at the top of the Fractured Peaks in Sarkova Pass, denoted by a red skull-like icon on the map. You can access the Stronghold via multiple pathways visible on the map, with the closest Waypoint being Menestad, situated just below and to the left of the Stronghold.

Kor Dragan Stronghold is a level 30 activity, so it is recommended that you are around this level or group up with other players before attempting to conquer this content.

Destroying the Corruptions in Kor Dragan Stronghold

Upon entering the Stronghold, you will encounter vampires and other ghoulish enemies, with a certain area blocked by a large Vampiric Abberation. To overcome this obstacle and find the final boss, you need to destroy the Vampiric Corruption and Incubators located throughout the Stronghold.

This process involves two steps: finding and destroying three Corruptions for each of the three Incubators. The Incubators are highlighted on your map by yellow circles when you are in the Stronghold, and within each of those circles, you will find the three Corruptions to destroy.

• You can destroy the Corruptions in any order, as long as they are eliminated before taking out the Incubator.
• Each Corruption is marked with a number (1, 2, or 3) corresponding to the respective Incubator (A, B, or C).
• Use the images below as a reference to locate each Corruption and Incubator.

Corruption and Incubator Locations

1. Left of the Incubator, blocking a doorway into a building.
2. Up in a walkway to the left of the Incubator. Use the ladder below the Incubator and head left across a small gap to find the Corruption.
3. Head up the stairs to the right of the Incubator, and you will find the Corruption.

1. Found inside the Cathedral, just below the Incubator.
2. Left of the Cathedral exterior, can be accessed via a climbable wall to the northwest of the southwest Incubator or by taking the left while in front of the Cathedral.
3. Head up the stairs located on the south side of the courtyard area.

1. Climb up the wall to the northeast and find the Corruption atop the walls.
2. Head down the stairs at the top just to the right of the first Corruption, and you will find it on the stairwell.
3. Found just next to the Incubator inside the building at the bottom of the stairwell from the previous Corruption.

With each Incubator, you will encounter numerous enemies that will spawn in and attack you as you eliminate the Corruptions. Be sure to stay mobile and avoid getting cornered. Additionally, the Incubators will spawn Elites a few levels higher than you, so be prepared to engage them after taking out the Incubator.

Final Boss Nilcar in Kor Dragan Stronghold

Nilcar is a formidable boss who can be challenging to defeat, especially with the addition of several Elite adds that spawn during the fight. To overcome this, be sure to prioritize your movements and attacks, focusing on taking out the adds when necessary.

* A simple bolt of blood that deals minor damage* A blood barrage, which is a channeled attack that fires a string of blood bolts dealing significant damage

Avoid getting caught up in the barrage by maintaining a safe distance during the attack.

As you reduce Nilcar's health, new adds will spawn in from the Incubators around the boss arena. These adds can be problematic, but they are easier to kill than Nilcar. Expect to encounter:

* An add that creates poison pools around the arena* An add that uses AoE magic* A Knight that creates a barrier protecting its allies and hindering the fight

These adds will not die but instead get stunned when they reach 0 HP before respawning a few moments later. Prioritize dealing with these adds as quickly as possible, focusing on the Knight and its protective barrier.
