Hearthstone's 10th Anniversary Celebration: Events, Rewards, and More

Get ready to join the festivities as Hearthstone celebrates its 10th anniversary in a big way. The developers have prepared a series of special events, rewards, and activities to make this milestone a memorable one for players.

All Hearthstone 10th Anniversary Events and Celebrations

Blizzard is pulling out all the stops to celebrate this major anniversary, with both Hearthstone and World of Warcraft players set to receive plenty of rewards during the event duration.

13 Special Cards & Anniversary Quests

On February 27, players who log into the game will receive 13 special cards, one for each class, as well as a special card featuring Harth Stonebrew, the dwarf innkeeper who has been the face of the game since its release.

In addition to the special cards, anniversary quests will go live on February 27 and run until March 19. Completing these quests will earn you golden versions of all the gift cards, a special birthday-themed coin card, and more. A legendary quest will also be released on March 11, the official anniversary, which will reward you with a 10th anniversary card back.

Play Through the Game's History in a Special Twist Game Mode

In March, a new version of the game mode Twist will be released, themed around the history of Hearthstone. On March 1, Legacy cards will be the only cards that can be used, with new expansions being added each day until the whole of the game's collection is included in the mode.

The Tunes of Hearthstone Are Coming to Streaming Platforms

On March 11, Hearthstone: Music from the Tavern will be released on streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. This will include over 30 tracks from the game, with two more album releases planned for later in the year.

Community Day and Twitch Drops

On March 11, a community day will take place, featuring popular Hearthstone streamers and plenty of Twitch Drops for players to claim. To participate, you'll need to connect your Battle.net account to your Twitch account.

World of Warcraft Crossover Event

World of Warcraft players will also be able to join in on the celebrations, with a special crossover event starting on March 11. Players who log into Hearthstone will receive the Fiery Hearthsteed mount in World of Warcraft, while World of Warcraft players will be able to participate in special Hearthstone matches in the capital cities of Azeroth.
