When Does the Midwinter Blight Begin in Diablo 4?

The Midwinter Blight begins on December 12, 2023, and will run for three weeks, ending on January 2, 2024. To unlock the event, head to Kyovashad and find the bard Gileon, who will task you with dealing with the Blightfiends terrorizing the region.

Midwinter Blight Tasks and Currencies

Your main objective during the event is to defeat the Blightfiends and destroy their Frigid Husks, which resemble demonic Christmas trees. These totems can be found throughout the Fractured Peaks region and will yield valuable materials, including:

• Blighted Fragments: Drops from enemies
• Lost Heirlooms: Drops from destroyed Frigid Husks
• Red Cloaked Trophy: Drops from the Red Cloaked Terror, the event's boss
