Genshin Impact Spirit Carp: Locations and How to Get Them

With the release of the 4.4 update in Genshin Impact, players can now collect a new type of item called Spirit Carp. These collectibles can be found in the Chenyu Vale area and can be used to increase the levels of the Votive Rainjade, which offers various rewards. In this article, we will guide you on how to get all the Spirit Carp in Genshin Impact.

How Spirit Carp Work

The Spirit Carp are used to increase the levels of the Votive Rainjade, which has ten levels. Each level requires five Spirit Carp to advance. There are a total of 50 Spirit Carp to be found in the game.

Unlocking the Votive Rainjade

To unlock the Votive Rainjade, players must complete the quest The Cloud-Padded Path to the Chiwang Repose. Once unlocked, players can start collecting Spirit Carp to increase the levels of the Votive Rainjade.

How to Get Spirit Carp

Spirit Carp can be found in various locations throughout the Chenyu Vale area. They appear as bright glowing blue orbs and can be found on the ground, in trees, or floating in the air. Some Spirit Carp may require the Golden Carp's Leap and Flighty Simulacrum to reach.

Spirit Carp Locations

• East of Teatree Slope**: Defeat the Anemo Slimes and open the Common Chest to create a wind current that will let you glide up to the Spirit Carp.
• North of First Spirit Carp**: The blue orb is hovering above the waterfall. Players can glide down to grab it.
• Northwest of First Spirit Carp**: The Spirit Carp is on top of a pavilion near the southwest teleport waypoint in Qiauying Village. Players can also glide down from the waypoint to grab it.
• Qiauying Village**: This one is located above the Chunming Teaworks. Climb the building to reach the Spirit Carp.
• Center of Qiauying Village**: There is another Spirit Carp located on a tree in the center of the village.
• Ruins Northwest of Qiauying Village**: A Spirit Carp orb can be found within the ruins.
• Cave South of Ruins**: The Spirit Carp can be found within a cave.
• East of Mt. Lingmeng**: Hovering above a pavilion is another Spirit Carp. Gather energy orbs to utilize the Golden Carp Fish to fly up and grab it.
• Southeast of Mt. Lingmeng**: Near the previous Spirit Carp, just Southwest, is another one hovering high up and will require players to use the Golden Carp Fish to reach it.
• North of Mt. Lingmeng**: There is a Sprit Carp on top of a tall tree. There is a Wrathful Simulacrum nearby that can help players use the Golden Carp to reach it.
• Tree near Mt. Lingmeng**: This Spirit Carp is on top of a tall tree North of Mt. Lingmeng. Use the Simulacrum to assist you when using the Golden Carp Leap.
• Completing A Wangshan Walk to Remember Quest**: This Spirit Carp is obtained by completing this quest.
• North of Mt. Lingmeng Teleport Waypoint**: This Spirit Carp is near a floating platform by multiple waterfalls. Use the Simulacra at the bottom of the waterfalls to jump to the floating platform and Spirit Carp orb.
